Eqraft welcomes you at Fruit Logistica Berlin!

Eqraft will once again be exhibiting at Fruit Logistica in Berlin (February 4-6) this year. Come and join us for a coffee and a snack: we'd be happy to tell you more about the latest developments in sorting and packaging onions and potatoes!

For the Eqraft team, 2025 was another year full of growth. We traveled the world to meet with entrepreneurs and managers of agricultural factories from Europe to the US to help them future-proof their businesses. We also entered into new collaborations and strategic partnerships to ensure we can serve our international client network even better. We delivered several complete sorting and packing lines both close to home and far away, and exhibited at trade shows in Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia.

Additionally, we expanded both our team and our premises. We were happy to welcome several new colleagues over the past year. The brand-new Eqraft headquarters in Emmeloord (central Netherlands) that we opened in 2024 – a modern building spanning 71 thousand sqf including an assembly and shipping space – grew into a hub where we received many customers and partners. In 2025, we added a second production facility near our headquarters. We also moved into a new sales and service office in Goes, in the southwest of the Netherlands. From there, a local technician provides maintenance for our nearby customers.

Finally, we’ve worked on adapting the Eqrader to the potato market - a market we’ve already served for decades with grading and packing solutions. After a long and careful process of development, testing, and trial runs, our Eqrader is now ready to sort potatoes. Just as with onions, this electronic sorter can grade potatoes by color, weight, size, and shape. Thanks to smart scanning technology, the machine can also detect internal defects and effortlessly remove bad potatoes from a batch. The new Eqrader offers a worthy replacement for shaker sorting, causes less damage, and delivers valuable data per potato.
