Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer, you’re the go-to expert on-site with our customers — the face of Eqraft in the field. You perform preventive maintenance on installed machines, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. When technical issues arise, you identify and resolve malfunctions quickly and effectively.

Your role includes carrying out both repairs and routine maintenance, handling a variety of daily electrical and mechanical tasks. With a keen eye for detail, you spot opportunities for improvement to help enhance our service and boost customer satisfaction.

Installation Engineer

As an Installation Engineer, you’re responsible for installing and commissioning new machines at customer sites — making sure everything is up and running perfectly. You carry out both electrical and mechanical tasks with precision and care.

Clear communication is key, and you ensure that everyone involved stays informed about the progress of the project. On-site, you are the primary point of contact for the customer and a key part of delivering a professional, reliable experience. For larger installations, you’ll collaborate with international colleagues.
